Customers, partners and friends,

The last few weeks have us all in uncharted territory. Schools are closed, elbow bumps and social distancing are fast becoming the new norm across the globe to protect those most at risk and slow down the spread of the virus. Many companies, like ours, are asking employees to work from home for their own well-being and that of others.

As a result, collaboration tools are seeing a huge uptick in adoption with Microsoft announcing a 500% increase in usage of its Teams product due to corona virus. With companies all over the world now asking people to work from home, many who have been slow to adopt digital collaboration are fast-tracking planned technology roll outs of tools like Teams to support work from home initiatives.

We want you to know that we are here to support you in any way. Our operations and customer support will not be impacted. Nucleus Cyber not only develops products for, but also uses Teams to support our own distributed work environment. If you need our assistance, general support or advice on how to adjust to remote work in Teams and other Office 365 tools, we’re ready to help – simply contact us.

We will continue to post tips and advice on how organizations like yours can adjust to remote work and best practices for collaboration tools through our social media channels, blogs and webinars like one this Thursday on rapidly rolling out Teams with governance and security in place.

We’re here to help you navigate some of the IT and collaboration challenges in front of you as well all adapt to the new norm – working from home.

Stay healthy,
Kurt Mueffelmann
